Promoting Community Mental Health
Hesperian is creating a practical and accessible guide to address the worsening mental health crisis in the United States. This new resource takes a community strengthening approach, placing people power and organizing at the center of mental health promotion.
Developed with the participation of over 30 community-based organizations, Promoting Community Mental Health is designed to support community promotores, organizers, and other leaders to improve mental wellbeing, build resilience in communities, and combat stigma associated with mental health issues and treatment.
