Epilepsy
Why a book about epilepsy and seizures? The World Health Organization estimates that epilepsy affects more than 50 million people worldwide. 80% of people with epilepsy live in low- and middle-income countries where three-quarters of them do not receive proper treatment. People with epilepsy also face unacceptable levels of stigma and discrimination.
